The majority of this information is derived from multiple sources including Win2Data provided by First American Core Logic as the third party for the Orange County Assessor's Office and Cityview, which is the permitting software currently used in the City of Huntington Beach. In residential areas, where this data was incomplete, an averaging calculation for the number of stories was used.Bldg_Area2 depicts the square footage of the building footprint, or the square footage provided in the building permit system, which may not always be equal. In some instances, this field represents only the square footage of one floor of the structure.TotalSqFt depicts the total square feet of the entire structure.TotalValue depicts the current replacement value of each structure. |
